About Tim Nicol

Tim Nicol is a dedicated REALTOR® with Haring Realty whose journey into real estate began right after high school, working hands-on in the construction field. That early experience gave him a solid understanding of homes from the ground up and sparked a passion for real estate that continues to guide his work today.

Before transitioning into real estate, Tim spent over 21 years in the medical field, with the last 10 years serving as a registered nurse. His time in the emergency department and in case management taught him how to navigate complex situations with calm, compassion, and precision. These experiences shaped his strong attention to detail, commitment to service, and deep desire to help others—traits that now define his approach with every client.

Tim grew up in a large family and is now blessed with a big blended family of his own. He and his amazing wife, Heather, have 10 children—three of whom are adults, with a fourth not far behind. Being a father is one of Tim’s greatest joys, and he takes pride in teaching his children the values that guide his life and business: honesty, integrity, and being present in the moment. These same principles are what made joining Haring Realty a natural fit for him.

Outside of work, Tim and Heather love opening their home to host dinner guests. Sharing meals, laughter, and meaningful conversation with close friends and family is one of their favorite ways to stay connected. Tim’s faith and the relationships he holds dear are central to who he is, both personally and professionally.
